Dr. Knorr is a very professional and caring person who has great knowledge of how the body and muscles work. If you play tennis, soccer, or participate in any sports or have muscle pain or stiffness he is the Dr. for you. Since I started going to Dr. Knorr I am 100% better !! I am very pleased with the services he and his wonderful staff has provided to me!!
It’s hard to say what I like most about Motivity…the holistic approach, the muscle therapy, the eclectic music, the zen vibe, or the truly kind people! My weekly appointment is my best investment in me.
I have recommended Dr. Ray to anyone I know... He is incredibly knowledgeable, has a lot of tools in his treatment toolbox, he explains everything as much (or as little) as you want, he always makes sure the treatment is within your comfort zone, and booking is easy.
I am very openly skeptical of chiropractic care for many reasons, but I have been seeing Dr. Ray throughout this pregnancy and it has been so helpful! He is very willing to answer any questions I have... The office is lovely, clean, and calming, and Parrish at the desk is a pleasure to chat with and so helpful!…
I was told by doctors that I needed surgery for a herniated disc in my lower back. I wanted to try a chiropractor before I gave in to surgery and I gave Motivity a shot. I am currently pain free and able to resume my normal life! Without any kind of surgical procedure! These guys are truly a blessing and great at what they do. Definitely a 10/10 for me!
Everyone at Motivity Chiropractic is amazing! The staff is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Knorr is incredibly kind and patient. I hobbled in for my first appointment and left feeling so much better! I can't say enough good things about the vibe (the music is always great!), the people, and the services. Highly recommend! GO!
Dr. Ray is the best in town. I saw him when I was pregnant with my first 6 years ago... He’s seen our whole family and I trust his practice and care for our family, even my newborns! Never had a negative experience with Dr. Ray or his staff! We drive from Hoover to see him!
